Barrister Ahmad Farooq Malik started law practice in 1999. He has previously worked as an Associate and Senior Associate with the leading law firms IRFAN & IRFAN (Attorneys-At-Law) and AITZAZ AHSAN & ASSOCIATES (Advocates & Attorneys). Barrister Malik has also remained the Chief Legal Officer of the Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP).
Barrister Malik’s areas of expertise include advising clients on issues including corporate structuring, preparation of constitutive documents, regulatory consents & approvals. He has extensive experience of drafting complex legal documents including, transfer of technology agreements, investment agreements, joint venture agreements, media & entertainment agreements, construction and development agreements, management services agreements, public private partnerships agreements, intellectual property license/assignment agreements, franchise agreement, software development agreement, distribution agreements and deeds/documents for transactions in respect of immovable properties.
