Eriba Khan is an aspiring legal associate who entered the legal profession after completing her LLB (Hons) from the University of London. Throughout her academic career, she demonstrated a strong commitment to the legal field, participating in various legal clinics and initiatives, including the Criminal and Civil Law Clinic at Pakistan College of Law and Project Bunyaad at LUMS. These platforms allowed her to engage directly with real-world legal challenges, enhancing her understanding of procedural law and social justice advocacy.

Her diverse professional experience includes internships at Awais Law DRT, where she observed and contributed to litigation processes, and at Insta Wireless in Houston, Texas, where she developed corporate communication and management skills in a structured business environment. Eriba’s early legal practice began as an Associate at Apex Law Associates, followed by her current role at Awais Law DRT, where she is actively involved in legal research, drafting legal documents, and assisting in a diverse range of matters. Her practice spans corporate and commercial law, civil law including contracts and agreements, property disputes, tort claims, family law, and consumer protection as well as criminal law, particularly in bail applications, appeals, and revisions.

In addition to her practical experience, Eriba has completed certifications in Introduction to American Law from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and Fundamentals of Social Media Advertising from Meta, reflecting her interest in the intersection of law, technology, and global practices.
