Fahad is a graduate from Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) with a keen interest in corporate and commercial law, transaction structuring, and regulatory compliance. His senior year research project, “Direct Role of Feminist Movements in Economic Empowerment of Women in Pakistan,” reflects his analytical approach to economic and policy-related legal issues, while his research assistance on labor laws provided him with a strong foundation in employment regulations, corporate compliance, and industrial relations.

During his academic journey, Fahad actively engaged with seasoned legal practitioners, gaining practical exposure to corporate and commercial legal work. His experience includes analyzing case law, drafting legal opinions, and assisting in legal research on corporate governance, contractual obligations, and financial regulations.

At AwaisLaw DRT, he is actively involved in corporate advisory, commercial transactions, and dispute resolution, assisting on contract negotiations, regulatory filings, corporate structuring, and compliance with SECP regulations. His role also includes supporting M&A due diligence, shareholder agreements, and investment structuring for corporate clients.

In addition to his corporate and transactional work, Fahad contributes to commercial and civil litigation, international arbitration, and dispute resolution, where he assists in case preparation, drafting pleadings, and legal research for complex corporate and financial disputes.
