Hassan Awais joined the firm full time after completing his L.L.M degree from George Washington University, U.S.A. He worked for International Finance Corporation (IFC) in Washington DC as their legal advisor on various infrastructure and environmental matters. In addition, Mr Awais has been involved in handling and managing the Corporate practice of the firm focusing upon client building and representing Banks and Companies as legal Counsel before the High Court. He has represented banks and major corporates in arbitration matters and successfully represented client in various banking crimes and offences.

Recent representative clients include handling and managing corporate matters for Hascol Petroleum, Ghani Glass, and regularly representing Escorts Investment Bank in corporate and litigation matters.
