Mohsin holds a double degree of LL.B and BS (Hons.) Political Science from the University of Punjab and Government College University Lahore (GCU). Mohsin presented his paper on “Civil-Military Relationship in Pakistan” as his final thesis for BS Hons. Moreover, Mohsin was also the vice president of the Punjabi Society at GCU where he supervised multiple literary events.

Mr. Hashmi was admitted as a member of the Punjab Bar Council in 2020. Mr. Mohsin is also the president of the Voice of Young Lawyers Association which aims to increase the participation of young lawyers in contemporary bar politics. Alongside this, Mr. Mohsin is a political activist and is considered a formidable voice for the rights of minorities in his hometown Chiniot where he has represented the marginalized before the superior courts of Pakistan.

Currently, Mr. Hashmi is a senior associate at the Awais Law DRT where he actively litigates on a multitude of matters relating to civil, commercial, corporate, banking, consumer, family,s and insurance issues.
