Muaaz works on corporate, commercial, and transactional law transactions. He holds an LL.M. from the University of California, Berkeley, where he focused on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and financial regulations.

At AwaisLaw DRT, he is actively involved in corporate structuring, contract negotiations, regulatory compliance, and commercial transactions, assisting multinational corporations, private equity firms, and financial institutions. His work includes drafting shareholder agreements, joint venture agreements, financing arrangements, and advising on corporate governance frameworks in line with SECP and international regulatory standards.
